With experience in running over 10+ restaurants from London to Suisun City, husband and wife Francesco Pece & Heidi Burke decided to leave the big restaurant scene to open a small but captivating restaurant with an environment and cuisine that is unlike anything Fairfield has experienced before. Crush, Wine & Food offers a friendly and relaxed environment, while featuring local wines from Suisun Valley and Northern California, as well as those from Europe and other parts of the world. Crush compliments their wines by creating seafood dishes inspired from Southern Italy, and a variety of pizzas, pastas, and charcuterie boards.
Crush is now open for lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, and dinner Monday-Saturday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
“We wanted to offer something new and different to Downtown Fairfield. We are hoping to bring some of the amazing local wines from out of the Valley and into the revitalized Downtown area,” said Heidi Burke, Co-owner of Crush, Wine & Food. “Just good food, good wines, and good people!”
Crush is excited for what the New Year has in store for them, and is hosting a New Year’s Eve Celebration that will include a special prix fixe menu, which is aimed to please. Space will be limited and reservations will be required for this very special event.
