At a time when large retailers are closing their brick and mortar stores, a pair of local sisters are seizing the opportunity to meet new consumer demands and enter the market with new sights.
What started out as a passion project in memory of their mother, quickly evolved into a booming online business and mobile fashion boutique that sister owners Lacy DeQuattro and Amber Sales were happy to roll with. Last month they opened their first storefront, Farmer’s Closet by Cowboy Nonie’s Boutique (CNB) in Fairfield at 1500 Oliver Road, Suite C.
At the Farmer’s Closet they offer high quality, sustainably made products with a majority of them produced or finished in the USA. They carry an exclusive line of CNB clothing, home decor, gifts and more. Many of their gift items rotate around seasons, holidays, and specialty holidays such as Nurses Day and Teacher Appreciation Day.
“We’re delighted to see our new storefront welcomed with such open arms from the community and can’t wait for you all to see what we have in the next round up,” says co-owner Lacy DeQuattro, “We have a style for every story and welcome you to experience that with us at the Farmer’s Closet!”
At the Farmers Closet they pride themselves on being family oriented and pet friendly. They offer one-of-a-kind services that you can’t find elsewhere like: snacks for little shoppers, treats for pets, offering to keep an eye on little shoppers as guests shop, run out orders to time-crunched customers who drive up, and they go the extra mile to offer exceptional experiences for guests.
The Farmer’s Closet is located at 1500 Oliver Road, Suite C in Fairfield and is open Tuesday-Saturday from 11:30am-6:00pm. They are closed Sunday-Monday. Follow the Farmer’s Closet journey on their social media pages at Facebook, Instagram and Online. For additional information please call their store at 707-372-6791.
