What began as a simple colleague lunch gathering amongst City of Fairfield employees, has now transformed into a “Lunch Mob”. The concept behind the Lunch Mob is to get as many City employees together no less than once a month, and to celebrate the end of a work week by having lunch at one of the many local restaurants in Fairfield.
“We feel this is a great way to attract attention to the many wonderful restaurants around town, support our local businesses, and promote community well-being,” says City of Fairfield, Senior Economic Development Project Manager, Eric Dakin. Up to date the Lunch Mob has visited several restaurants, including Evelyn’s Big Italian Pizza, Crush Wine & Food, Truffle Berries, and Bella Vita Family Bistro.
